Privacy Policy
At 99jiji, your privacy is taken seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from Philippine players, how we use and protect it, and the rights you hold under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We are committed to full transparency — no hidden data practices, no surprises.
Our Commitments
How 99jiji Protects Your Data
Six core privacy commitments that govern every data decision we make on the 99jiji platform — from registration through to account closure.
Encrypted Data Storage
All personal data collected by 99jiji — including your name, ID documents, and financial transaction records — is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Data in transit between your browser and our servers is protected by TLS 1.3, the same standard used by Philippine banking institutions.
DPA Compliance
99jiji operates in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). We are registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and maintain a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) for all privacy-related matters.
No Unauthorised Sharing
99jiji does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, regulatory bodies such as PAGCOR and the AMLC, and law enforcement where required by Philippine law — never for commercial gain.
Transparent Collection
We only collect personal data that is necessary for a specific, declared purpose — account registration, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming. No data is collected covertly or for purposes not described in this Privacy Policy.
Defined Retention Periods
99jiji retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. KYC documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act. All retention schedules are documented and reviewed annually.
Your Rights, Respected
As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you hold enforceable rights over your personal information. 99jiji provides straightforward mechanisms to exercise those rights — including access, correction, deletion, and objection — via the account dashboard or by contacting our Data Protection Officer directly.
Important: This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by 99jiji through the website at 99jiji.net, its mobile platform, and all associated services. By creating an account or using any 99jiji service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not use the 99jiji platform.

- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for platform functionality, including session authentication, security tokens, and load-balancing cookies. These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.

Transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, InstaPay, and QR Ph is shared with the relevant payment service providers. 6.4 Technology & Platform Service Providers
Certain platform functions — including cloud hosting, content delivery, customer support tooling, and game software — are provided by third-party technology partners. These partners act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) on behalf of 99jiji and are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit any use of your data beyond the contracted service scope.
6.5 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of 99jiji's business or assets, personal data held by 99jiji may form part of the transferred assets. You will be notified via email or prominent platform notice before your data is transferred to a new controller under materially different privacy terms.
No third-party advertising: 99jiji does not share your personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, or social media platforms for targeted advertising purposes. Your gaming activity and financial data are never used for ad targeting.
7 International Data Transfers
The 99jiji platform is primarily operated with data infrastructure located within the Philippines or in jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection. Where personal data is transferred to a third-party service provider located outside the Philippines, 99jiji ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including:
- Standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) or equivalent data protection authority;
- Contractual data processing agreements that impose obligations on the recipient equivalent to those under the Philippine Data Privacy Act;
